D’Vega Builders, Inc. is a family owned business with roots that trace back to the tropical state of Veracruz, Mexico. Javier Vega founded the company in 2012 with the help of his younger brother, Juan Vega. Today, D’Vega Builders, Inc. concentrates on residential and commercial projects with an emphasis on Tenant Improvements and affordable housing projects.
The formation of our crew entails strong talented journeymen that have various skills which helps our growth and commitment to our customers.
Our specialty is Framing (Metal and wood), as well as Drywall, Tape and Texture. Our crew also prides itself with extensive knowledge in residential work and have experience in Plumbing, Electrical and Exterior work. At D’Vega Builders, Inc. we share tremendous pride in family unity, hard work, integrity and honesty to all our customers.

Javier Vega
- president -
Javier has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry in Metal Framing, Drywall and Residential work including supervision and management. Javier serves as the Senior Project Manager and is responsible for project development. He is responsible for preparing budgets, job costs, take offs and job proposals.
James Locascio
Juan Vega
- site manager -
Juan has over 15 years of construction industry experience. He is responsible for ensuring material and equipment is delivered. He oversees construction operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensures that work is being done safely, on time, within budget and to the right quality standards.
Pablo Bravo
- Senior Superintendent -
Pablo has been with the company since 2011. He consistently updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging construction practices and standards. He also organizes, plans, and controls projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff. Pablo has been our main Superintendent for 10 years.
Bianca Vega
- OFFICE MANAGER / ACCOUNTANT -
Bianca joined the family in 2017 and currently oversees our Financial Department. She is responsible for all billing operations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. She also handles our Compliance Department.
